Gabriela: my goosebump moment was when I listened for the first time to this BTS song called “Yet to Come.” Because this song says things like my best is yet to come. Even when the past was great, my best is yet to come, and after living through a year of pandemic, I think these lyrics gave me hope for my future as a young woman living at this time.

Andreina: my goosebump moment would be when I moved out of my house. This moment was really important because I am someone that is very insecure about herself and I find it difficult to trust in myself. So to be able to finally gather all the encouragement, save enough money and believe in myself enough to do such a great thing was such a huge step for me. It was one of the few moments that I’ve had in my life that I could say that I’m proud of myself.

Sedera: my goosebump moment is when I watch the movie “300”. I watch this movie at least once a year, and it is always a thrill. This movie shows how important courage and determination are in life to achieve your goals. There is an important message behind this movie.

Stefany: my goosebump moment had to be when I was at the beach finishing my meditation session. I saw the most beautiful sunset that I have ever seen in my life. I also saw some children playing in the water, I saw the birds fly, I heard the waves, and it was just so beautiful.

Tobias: I would like to share with you my favorite goosebump moment. If you watch the “Justice League” movie, just in the part that Flash tries to save the girl, a very beautiful song comes up, from the group “The Mortal Coils”, “The Song for the Siren”.

Elisha: my goosebump moment is when I played the piano for the first time at a concert. It was a live concert here in our city. I was very shy to perform in front of so many people. But I got some encouragement to perform the song and I remember we performed that song very well and people praised us that the song was very good.

Alexa: my goosebump moment was a concert I went to in 2014 in Lyon. It was a Thirty Seconds to Mars concert and it was the first big concert I had ever attended. It was like the highlight of my life. Since I was a little kid, I always loved their music.

William: my goosebump moment is my nephew’s first smile. I remember it was a Saturday morning. I was playing with him, I was singing to him and suddenly smiled! He was only a few weeks old and he had never smiled with anyone else. It really moved me.

Rebecca: my goosebump moment is something that I am lucky enough to be able to experience more often than not. I live behind those trees, basically, which is really good because what I love doing that just gives me the chills, every time, is being by myself dancing in the woods!

Manu: my goosebump moment has to be when I first saw my book printed and published. I have always wanted to be a writer but instead of studying something like literature or similar, I decided to study law. And it was just until I was 30 that I began writing.

Nam: my goosebump moment was when my own business wasn’t doing well due to the pandemic situation. I felt very bad at that time. I didn’t want to do anything at that time. I was just listening to the music, to “Trying My Best” by Anson Seabra. It encouraged me that it was enough that I was doing my best.

Momoko: my goosebump moment was when I saw the Mediterranean Sea for the first time. It was on my first morning in Malta around 7am and I woke up because the room was full of sunshine even so early in the morning. I opened the curtains, and oh my goodness! Beautiful!

Marcel: my goosebump moment is when Yulimar Rojas, a triple jump athlete from Venezuela, won the gold medal in the last Olympic Games, Tokyo 2020. Her performance was brilliant and outstanding. It automatically became one of the most memorable and unforgettable moments of the Olympic Games and track and field.

Abdulwahid: my goosebump moment is about a Tanzania artist called Diamond Platnumz. It is about his life story when he says one day his mother sold a golden ring to support his music career. This makes me so excited and believe that everything is possible if you put effort into it and believe in what you are doing.

Daniel: my goosebump moment happened back in 2018, when I visited Italy. We were exiting the metro station and walking down the street. I turned the corner and I saw St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Square, and it was amazing. The sheer size and beauty of that place just shocked me, I was in complete awe at that place. It just clicked for me. That appreciation for art, for beauty, for architecture, for human history!

Ryan: my goosebump moment was when I went to the countryside alone by Bicycle. I was supposed to arrive there in 3 hours, but I didn’t follow the right direction so I was lost. I was riding for about 7 hours from morning to afternoon but never arrived in the countryside.

Priscilla: my goosebump moment is when I was traveling in Ecuador and I went to the Amazon Jungle, and we went bird watching. So, you climb these really high towers, and we ended up on this tree, not like a normal thin tree, but one of those ginormous ones, and it had a platform on top so you can look at all the birds.

Karla: my goosebump moment was watching the Nutcracker in a theater for the first time. It was a very exciting moment. I saw the dancers dancing around, I listened to the music and it was my first time in a theater. It was an unforgettable experience, I really enjoyed it. I went with all of my family at the time and we had a great time.
