Chikondi: my goosebump moment was when I met this old couple on the street. They were holding hands while walking. As I got close to them, I was able to hear what they were saying. She said to him: “Aren’t you tired of holding my hand?” And he said: “I will never get tired of holding your hand”. That moment said so much and gave me goosebumps.

Maryam: my goosebump moment is a historical television series based on the real life events of a great warrior from Turkey named Ertugrul. It is related to Islamic history and since I study history, it seems very interesting to me. The continuation of the same series is about Ertugruls’ Son, Osman.

Fiorella: my goosebump moment is the song “Caminar de tu mano” by Río Roma. It really represents the love story that my grandparents had, it is something I have always loved. Especially the part that says “A wise man once told me, when you like someone, look at their hands because as time goes by you will kiss less and hold hands more.” It is something that reminds me of them.

Nyasha: my goosebump moment was when I saw Victoria Falls for the very first time. One of the greatest attractions in Africa and one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world, Victoria Falls is located on the Zambezi River, the fourth largest river in Africa, which also defines the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Stella: I get goosebumps when I listen to Oliver “Tuku” Mtukudzi’s song “Neria”. Mtukudzi was Zimbabwe’s greatest musician. This song also featured in a movie called “Neria”, the best ever produced movie in Zimbabwe. It is about a woman who loses her husband in a car accident. The husband’s brother takes the inheritance and leaves this widow and her kids with nothing. It is very emotional.

Excerpt: Azra: my goosebump moment is when I first heard the song “This is me” by Keala Settle. It is from a movie called “The Greatest Showman” which overall, I think the movie is also a masterpiece. But this song, when I first heard it, all I had to do was stand up, just move and get things done like when I am procrastinating.

Nisa: my goosebump moment is the song “Eyes, Nose, Lips” from Taeyang. It was my first Korean song and the first time I heard it, I got chills because of the melody, because of the singing and because of Taeyang’s amazing voice. It’s a song you can relate to. Even if I didn’t understand the language, music is universal.

Sonya: my goosebump moment is when I travel. I really like traveling to new destinations and exploring new countries. I feel really excited when I board a plane and head to my next destination, as it gives me the opportunity to explore new places, meet new people, discover new cultures and traditions. I had the opportunity to visit several countries and it was a wonderful experience.

Anastasia: my goosebump moment is a movie called “A Dog’s Journey”. I’m the biggest animal lover, I just had to watch it. The movie is about a dog that finds its purpose through the lives of humans that he meets. I cried every six minutes because of the emotional scenes. It was such an honest picture of how life can be and how unconditional love can pull you through absolutely anything.

Amandi: my goosebump moment was when I heard that I was selected for a free scholarship to go study in Japan. This was one of my biggest dreams from childhood, but I didn’t really think about it because I didn’t have money. But I learned Japanese and studied the law of attraction, how you can manifest the things you want. A week later I got the news that could go to Japan and I still get goosebumps thinking about that.

Aru: my goosebump moment is the song “Live Before I die” by Mike Posner. It is about Mike’s self-discovery journey and him walking across America. This song is a great reminder that we should always strive for the best and live our best lives.

Salma: my goosebump moment was when I was reading this book called “The Alchemist”, by Paulo. It has a quote that says “When you want something, the whole world conspires in helping you to achieve it”. When I read that quote, I got chills and thought “Why didn’t I know all this before?”

Amanda: my goosebump moment is the movie “Deep Impact”. It is an old end of the world movie, but a classic. The reporter gets chosen to go to a safety bunker, her estranged father does not. Later the reporter rushes to her father on the beach, rather than go to the bunker. They reconcile on the beach and they’re together. It just shows that the bond of love cannot be broken, despite years of misunderstandings and hurt.

Anyi: my goosebump moment is this song that is sung by a little boy in the Colombian The Voice Kids. This boy’s name is Juanse Laverde and he sings this song named “Como mirarte”, which means “How can I see you”. He has a really sweet voice, it’s so angelical.
