Mina: my goosebump moment was in the qualifications for the World Cup 2018: Egypt vs Congo. 3 minutes before the end it was 1-1. This was a goosebump moment for all Egyptians, because the dream was to reach the World Cup after an absence of 28 years. Mohamed Salah managed to score the penalty kick and he led the Pharaohs to qualify for the World Cup.

Manohisoa: my goosebump moment was when I heard Taylor Swift’s album “Folklore”. 2020 was a rough year for a lot of us, and I felt like Taylor Swift’s album just made it a lot better. Every song in the album was just so full of emotion, the production was just beautiful, the lyrics of the album were raw, and Taylor Swift’s vocals were amazing. I feel like listening to the album definitely made my 2020 a lot better.

Von: my goosebump moment is the song “Panalo” by EZ Mil. “Panalo” means “win”. Filipinos have started to see being Filipino as a negative due to political and social conflicts. The message of the song is to be proud of who you are and where you came from. That doesn’t just resonate with us Filipinos, but with everyone in the world.

Michael: my goosebump moment was when I watched the movie “Avengers: Endgame”. Particularly the scene where Captain America is standing alone holding hos broken shield ready to fight Thanos and his army of villains. It seemed like all hope was lost, but then portals open up and everyone shows up to help fight Thanos. I was filled with emotions because this was such an uplifting moment.

Miftahunnazah: my goosebump moment is the music video “Lathi” by Weird Genius feat. Sara Fajira from 2020. This video is so stunning. It went viral all around Indonesia and some other countries. The video shows Indonesian culture with mixes of the modern world and speaks about a toxic relationship. It definitely brings goosebumps to people from the younger generation like me.

Verónica: my goosebump moment are the marches in my country Chile, especially the marches in October 2019. Because of them we will get a new constitution in 2021. Millions of Chileans went out to protest the inequalities that exist in our country. Demonstrations that seek to improve this society every day and fight for equality and for women.

Juan: my goosebump moment is a song called “Act a Fool”, in the Anbroski remix. It really gives me goosebumps because it has some very crazy rhythms that make you feel very strong. It gives you that encouragement you need and it has some highs that give me the motivation to train and to exercise and be calm at home.

Minhaj: my goosebump moment was a cricket match between Bangladesh and England. The match would decide who will be qualified for the quater final in the ICC World Cup 2015. Bangladesh knocked England out of the World Cup and won the match. I felt very proud, it was a very exciting moment in my life.

Mustika: my goosebump moment was when I watched a video of 7-year-old Angelina Jordan singing the Billie Holiday song “Gloomy Holiday” on Norway’s Got Talent. It was fantastic. It’s not easy to sing a jazz song, but she sang it beautifully and put all of her emotions and feelings into the song.

Durk: my goosebump moment is skating with my family. I am from the Netherlands and here every ten years the ice gets very hard in the winter and we can skate on it. That’s a very special moment. I really love it.

Patricia: my goosebump moment was a concert in 2017 from the group Mahaleo from Madagascar. I had not seen them in a long time and seeing them again in 2017 in the Palais des Sports in Paris gave me goosebumps. All the songs from back then were played and I felt a lot of happiness and joy remembering the good old times from before.

Abraham: i got goosebumps when I heard “Innerbloom” by Rüfüs Du Sol. This song features great vocals and harmonic sounds that made me travel to another place. It made me think how wonderful this planet and nature is. It’s magnificent. This song has everything.

Mak: my goosebump moment was when I listened to a song by Phil Collins featuring Gerald Albright: “One More Night.” Gerald Albright played a long saxophone solo and that was it. Because of the I started following him and practicing most of his music.

Abrir: my goosebump moment is the biggest comeback in the history of football. It was in 2017, Barca vs PSG. Barca lost by 4-0 to PSG in the first leg, but then a miracle happened. Barca scored 5 goals with only a few minutes left. It was amazing.

Chris: my goosebump moment happened when I went to visit London to see the singer Childish Gambino live. The singer started the concert off singing completely a capella with just one spotlight shining on him, the whole place fell silent. It was brilliant.
