‘Come into My World’ by Kylie Minogue – Carlos’s goosebump moment
“Hello! I’m Carlos, and I live in Curaçao. One of my favorite goosebump moments was when I first listened to ‘Come Into My World’ by Australian pop singer, Kylie Minogue. I remember thinking at the age of 12: “OMG! What is this? Is this pop perfection? ‘Cause it is to me.” And to be honest, it still is to this day. At that time of my life, I had never listened to something like that before, and once I discovered that song it made me realize; OMG, how much in love I am with music. It changed my entire perspective of the world and my surroundings. I discovered, back then, that we can find joy and happiness even in pop songs, and that’s what Kylie Minogue’s record did to me. I have to say that that song moved my entire world and it made me want to come into her world. I just have to say that it brings me joy every time I listen to it. So yeah, come into my world by Kylie Minogue.”
