Today I am also a Kundalini teacher.

Nadia: my goosebump moment is the song “She used to be mine” by Sarah Bareilles. That’s honestly one of the most relatable songs, especially if you are a mom and you went trough a lot of struggle when you had your baby and in life itself. The first time I’ve heard it, it did not only give me Goosebumps, but also it made me cry to no end.

Medjadi: my goosebump moment is the song “Sweater Weather” by the Neighbourhood. It’s like a classical song from the 90s and relaxes you. I believe songs are for broken souls so every time I am upset or feel annoyed, I play it and everything changes like magic.

Irene: my goosebump moment is a song called “Jack and Diane” I really, really like it. It has the lyric, “Oh yeah, well life goes on long after the thrill of living is gone”, and that’s when I got my GoosebumpMoment because that’s exactly how life works!

Fred: my goosebump moment is the Emicida show “10 years of Triumph”. I feel so connected with it and it’s emotional for me because I’ve been following him for 10 years and we can see the evolution. It was as if I was there. If you are black, you feel more connected with it because he empowers us with his lyrics and his songs.

Maxim: my goosebump moment is “Soul” from Pixar. I saw myself in the main character. I forgot how beautiful the world is. It’s important to take a step back and reflect on all the great things you have in your life: Family, health, job, hobbies, friends – you have them today – one day you won’t.

Charmaine: my goosebump moment is the song ”Paubaya” by Moira dela Torre. It’s about a relationship that ends because the girl loves another man. ”Paubaya” literally means ”letting go”. Gabriela: my goosebump moment is the song “El Antigal” by Argentinian singer Abel Pintos. The music video takes place in a beautiful place in the north of Argentina. The song starts off a cappella, after which it progresses with synthesizers and at the end it explodes. It is very emotional and raw and the performance is really mind-blowing. The song gives me Goosebumps every time!

Cherry: my goosebump moment is Sasha Sloan singing “Older”. Her voice is so angelic and the song lyrics are so relatable to how I feel. The song talks about her younger self not understanding why her parents argued or the meaning of love, but when she got older, she understood love is not as easy. As I grew up, I understood that when you argue with your loved one, it doesn’t mean you hate them, it is just how life goes.
