Constantin: my goosebump moment happened when I first saw Russian Rap tournaments. It involves so many skills and so much discipline that it’s very entertaining to watch. It sounds amazing, because sometimes you get people who rhyme not just the end of the line, but the whole line, several times. It sounds incredible when you see it done, and it’s just so impressive that people can do it.

In the last scene it’s the 1958 World Cup and Brazil had to score to win the match. You see Pelé make the goal in slow motion and everybody starts cheering.

Marko: my goosebump moment was a rollercoaster ride. I went to Europa Park, the biggest theme park at the time in Europe. And there it was. The Silver Star. The biggest rollercoaster I had ever seen. The classic first climb and then the slow peak. The moment of numbness and fear and goosebumps. And then downhill. The adrenaline rush and the people screaming, and I thought my lungs were going to drop out.

Harriet: My goosebump moment was when my country was playing and was qualified for the first time for AFCON, The Africa Cup of Nations, for the first time. And whenever I heard the boys playing, I was excited, happy. But the most exciting part is that whenever I heard them that they win from the other team. I was excited to celebrate with family. We stayed up late and we had friends go outside. The way we celebrate it is that we always go together, get inside the car, and have fun, and celebrate our country.

Valentina: my goosebump moment was when I saw the band Coldplay in concert. It was a very special concert for me because I had always dreamed of seeing this band since I was a child. I recorded the whole concert with my cell phone, but when they played “Clocks”, I stopped recording and started crying like a baby. That song is very special to me because it talks about being in a complicated relationship, yet deeply in love.

Pelenato: my goosebump moment was three days ago when I watched one of my friends sing in a reality show. He sang a popular song that is notoriously difficult, and he gave a fantastic performance with perfect notes, excellent stage management, and flawless interpretation.

Yerlyn: my goosebump moment was when I first listened to the song ‘When You’re Gone’ by The Cranberries. I was listening to the song on the radio with my dad one night. This song is very special to me because it allowed me to bond with my dad because he used to like that same song when he was younger, and it was really crazy that I liked that song as much as he did back then.

Kryztof: my goosebump moment was when I went for my very first time to a reggae music concert. I was 20 years old. Reggae music is my favorite. That moment was even more special because I went with a friend that passed away shortly after that moment and I had never been so close to an artist.

It was so big, which made me realise how small I am in this world and how small my problems are and this universe is something so much bigger than we are. Matea: my goosebump moment is watching a Lady Gaga documentary where she openly talks about her mental problems and her physical illnesses that she has been struggling with during all these years that nobody even noticed. The whole story about her becoming famous, and becoming who she is. How she did not give up, even though people did not believe in her.

Alex: my goosebump moment is when I did a bungee jump from the bridge of the Tara River located in northern Montenegro. I prepared mentally for at least a month. Then I was standing on the edge of that bridge looking down, and the second when you do the leap of faith is indescribable. It is unbelievable to experience something like that in your lifetime.

Gabriel: my goosebump moment was the day my supervisor handed me a book I helped him publish. I edited the book from the first word in the first chapter to the last word in the last chapter. I had no professional knowledge in editing and publishing. But I tried my best to do what I had to do. He was impressed and we published two more books after the first one.

Jemma: my goosebump moment is the sunset touching the Caribbean Sea. At the end of each day, it is pure joy, pure wonder, to see the sun gently setting on the horizon, barely touching the Caribbean Sea. The orange and blue meshing together raises the goosebumps on my skin. It brings me happiness, peace and joy to capture that absolute majesty once a day.

Yesica: my goosebump moment is that I have a cat that I named after a song. And every time that I listen to that song, she comes running towards the speakers, I feel like she knows it’s her song, it happens every time.

Luis: my goosebump moment was when Juanes came to México for a concert in 2021. During the pandemic in 2020, I used to listen to a lot of Juanes. Then, when I found out that Juanes was coming to Central America I was too excited! When I was at the concert in México I was too excited, I even cried once and now I play the guitar, like Juanes, too.

Franklin: my goosebump moment is the singer Olivia Newton-John. I truly enjoyed her songs and her delicate and feminine voice. I watched the movie ‘Saturday Night Fever’ with John Travolta and Olivia’s performance and her talents as a singer were out of this world. When Olivia Newton-John died I really felt part of my life passed away too.

Julian: my goosebump moment was when I heard ‘Tabaco y Chanel’ from Bacilos. This is a really beautiful song, and it reminds me of my childhood. It is one of the songs that made me love music and that made me love singing. Even if it is a song about the loss of a love, it makes me happy. When I’m sad, I listen to this song and it makes me change my mood, it helps me to be happy.

Daniel: my goosebump moment is about Queen in their movie ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’. I have always been a huge fan of the band, I always listen to all their music when I was a child. When the movie came out, I got really excited and it was very, very special, especially the last part about the Live Aid concert.

Kevin: my goosebump moment was the moment when we opened our hostel in Nicaragua for the first time. We worked with volunteers from all over the world. It was an eco-hostel made from organic and recycled materials. When the very first guest wanted to stay with us, that was the moment that I realized the dream had come true. That was the best moment of my life.

Sara: my goosebump moment is from my son’s birth. We had some health complications. At that time I was using a perfume that I liked a lot, but it was a hard to find and it ran out. A few years later, my husband gave me that same perfume and when I opened the bottle and smelled the scent, it took me back to the past, to that difficult time. But the feeling I had, was one of gratitude because in the end everything turned out well.

Esteban: my goosebump moment was from the song ‘Lose Yourself’ by Eminem. I first heard this song when I was about eleven years old. I really liked the message of the song. I also liked the beat, but the message is about how you can overcome and that you can do anything you set your mind to. I just love that message, that still really resonates with me today.

Lewis: my goosebump moment is when I am sitting at a bar in Tasmania and suddenly I am struck by the song John Lennon ‘Give Peace A Chance’. Hearing that song, I am transported into another world of peace and unity after that a local band gets up to play traditional music with traditional instruments the people get up and dance the environment is shifted it’s a beautiful moment.

Isabella: my goosebump moment is a moment when I sang again for the first time after the pandemic. It was very amusing. Thrilling in a positive way, and it made my hair spike. Because I hadn’t sung in a long time and suddenly, I was at this bar where there was karaoke. When I sang, I noticed the people and the atmosphere that I created and it was incredible, people supported me, and everybody was so happy.

Andrea: my goosebump moment was when I met Taylor Swift after a concert. It was such a great moment in my life. I met her because I got to be backstage for a meet and greet. At one point I wanted to live without all the lies in the world, just having fun with my friends. I feel that I am trying to do that currently as well.

Daniela: my goosebump moment was when I was admitted to the hospital in 2016. I was on the verge of death because of a pulmonary infection and tuberculosis. We did not have money for my treatment. That’s when the doctor entered the room and said “Don’t worry, I will help you, you do not have to pay a single cent”. That is how Filipino’s care and love each other, without expecting anything in return.

Edwin: my goosebump moment was the first time I visited Swaziland. The human warmth of the Swazi people and their incredible culture made me feel very lucky to be in that place. Swaziland is a destination that offers a unique experience for its magical landscapes, its rivers, mountains, and its fauna. But also for its ceremonies and celebrations because they show us the unique identity of the Swazis.

Irina: my goosebump moment is when I am learning a new language. I was born in a family where every member speaks five languages, so I was obsessed in my childhood to learn new words every single day. Now, I speak five languages as well. I cannot even convey my emotions. When I learn and speak a new language I feel pride and confidence in myself, and I feel joy and happiness that I did that.

Iva: my goosebump moment was when I watched the movie “Creation Stories”. It is a biographical film about the former president of Creation Records, Alan McGee. His ups and downs in life are shown in the film and the audience can identify with him. The film also shows how the group Oasis was formed. I was impressed by the end scene when he realizes what is most important in his life.

Luis: my goosebump moment was when I was watching the series “WandaVision”, episode 8 season 1: The last fight between Wanda and Agatha Harkness. We all thought Wanda was going to lose, but instead of that she did this really cool energy burst and she took the form of the Scarlet Witch. She told Agatha “I do not need you to tell me who I am”. It was really amazing for all the Marvel fans.

Rus: my goosebump moment is my second trip to Japan. It was not until my second trip that I really fell in love with Japan. All those wonderful views and people full of respect for everything that surrounds them and for everything they do is indescribably amazing. That harmony and balance of nature, culture, and technology just grabbed me. A completely different fantastic universe. I left my heart in Japan.

Ena: my goosebump moment is my parachute jump. I went on a tandem jump, where you are strapped together with the instructor. I remember the instructor asking me if I was ready and I looked down and then we were out, falling, and the ground getting very close and then the parachute opened, and I looked around and I was in total awe. I can still remember the feeling of the breeze on my face and just that flying feeling.

Anthony: my goosebump moment was at the final stages of the game between Liverpool and Everton at Anfield in December 2018 in a Premier League game. The game was nil nil deep in injury time when Liverpool had a free-kick. Trent-Alexander Arnold hoofed the ball to the Everton area and Virgil Van-Dijk volleyed the ball back. Jordan Pickford tried to catch the ball, but couldn’t. The ball bounced back to Divock Origi who headed the ball. That was pure madness.

Ruth: my goosebump moment was in high school when one of my mentors mentioned that “a short pencil is better than a long memory”. That stuck with me, it changed my life forever! I began writing things down and noticed that whenever I wrote a plan or goal down, I knew that at the end of the day I was going to fulfil it because I had written it down. It is very important!

Juan Pablo: my goosebump moment was when I listened to the song “Firework” by Katy Perry. This song is very important to me because the lyrics and the video clip talk about you don’t have to be afraid of what other people think about you, how you look, or who you love so I want to do that in my life right now I don’t care about what other people want to talk about me or expectation from other people.

Juan Pablo: my goosebump moment was when I went to see a live orchestra where they played “Night on Bald Mountain” by Mussorgsky, a really great composer. That night was the first time I went to see a live orchestra and it was really, really amazing, it was an outer world experience.

Albani: my goosebump moment was when Miley Cyrus, the actress who played Hannah Montana, in 2019 came to the country next to me for a concert. Although I arrived late to the concert, at that exact moment Miley started singing “The Climb”, my favorite song, so I ran as fast as I could to sing my favorite song with my idol, so it was the best moment of my life.

Laura: my goosebump moment was when I listened to the song “Payphone” by Maroon 5. It transported me to my childhood home. As a child, I usually played a lot of video games, my favorite was Habbo. One of the characters was always playing the same song “Payphone”. Habbo was my favorite game because it helped me to make some friends and it gives me the creativity I have right now.

Brian: my goosebump moment is when I was 12 years old and I had to sing ‘Sunday Morning’ in front of my English class. When I started singing, everyone went quiet and started paying me attention. I felt really nervous, but once I finished singing everyone started clapping. Everyone seemed really happy, including the teacher, and it was a moment that was really special for me.

Ignacio: my goosebump moment is a concert by Paul McCartney in 2012 in Uruguay. Since I was a little kid, I grew up listening to his music and the Beatles, so when we heard that he was going to play in Uruguay, we bought the tickets and went. It is such a good memory!

Shahrzad: my goosebump moment was when I saw my mother at the airport after 3 years of immigration. That was the first time that I saw my role model because living in Iran is difficult for women. I was one of those lucky girls who were able to leave my homeland and I was always trying to become someone like my mom, an educated person who has her own job. When I saw her at the airport, I got so emotional and I did not know how to explain or show my feelings!

Eduardo: my goosebump moment was when I was eleven years old and I travelled to Venezuela, to the capital Caracas. I went there with my whole family because my cousin was celebrating her baptism. I went to their house and we got to talk, jump, go up and down the stairs of the house, play hide-and-seek, eat chocolate… It was a really epic moment, my whole family was there. It was really awesome.

Sailyn: My goosebump moment is related to a big music concert. Since I was a kid, I have been a huge fan of a known artist named Daddy Yankee. Recently, he decided to stop making music, and announced his last tour. I rushed to buy an entry to his very last concert, and that’s something that gave me goosebumps from the very first moment until the very last song he played that day!

Diky: my goosebump moment is my first-hand experience seeing a lava flow from a volcano. I live near the most active stratovolcano in Indonesia called Merapi. It has regularly erupted since 1548. It is such an amazing view when you can see the lava flow from the crater down the mountain. At first, it is just a red spot at the top of the mountain, and then the lava flows wildly down the mountain.

Bridget: my goosebump moment was the very first time I got to lay eyes on my nephew when he was born. This was a special day for me, not only because it was my first time getting to see a newborn baby, but also because he was born on my birthday. Getting to see his face and touch his tiny hands and tiny feet for the first time welled up tears of joy from within me and it is a memory that is forever etched in my brain.

Turns out that a boy had planned a proposal for his girlfriend and Adele dedicated her song “To Make You Feel My Love” to the couple. I just felt so emotional. Adele’s voice in that video sounds so powerful and beautiful, it just sounds unreal.

Rodolfo: My goosebump moment is about the time I sang Aerosmith’s song, “I don’t wanna miss a thing” to my daughter for the first time. She wouldn’t go to sleep, she was feeling bad. She had a fever and I started just rocking her in my arms and singing to her that particular song and, somehow, she just calmed down. At this moment I understood actually the lyrics of the song and the feeling that was involved. It was beautiful.

Nani: my goosebump moment is related to K-pop music. It has become my favorite in the last few years. It has changed many things in my life, especially because it gave me a chance to collect and listen to the things I love. I have been collecting different CDs from my favorite bands and I’m working to make that dream of having all the CDs and other things related to these bands that I can afford!

What struck me the most is the sheer enthusiasm and the passion that the country has shown towards their national rugby team, while the country was still rebuilding. It was just an amazing experience from start to finish. From singing the national anthems to actually the final whistle and seeing South Africa lift the world cup. It was an historical event.

Hazem: my goosebump moment is the movie “Forrest Gump” with Tom Hanks. It’s one of my favorite movies. We see a man with a low IQ fall in love with a girl and achieve great things that normal people could not even do. One of the most touching scenes is when Forrest asks Jenny to marry him, but she refuses. He says “I am not a smart man, but I know what love is.” That was such a touching scene.

Susana: my goosebump moment was when Taylor Swift dropped her 10-minute version of “All Too Well”. I loved that song so much, not only the reason why it was dropped, but I loved the lyrics and the fact that you can feel a lot of emotions like love, hate, anger, and you feel happy and sad. Artists can describe something so perfectly and make it so beautiful and people can relate to it.

Raffaella: my goosebump moment is when I went to Mexico to the island Holbox near Cancun, and I went to see the plankton. It was during the night, and it was amazing! You walk in the water and then you see all these planktons, blue ones, all around you. It is dark with all of this blue light, it is just amazing.

Sariya: my goosebump moment was when I watched “Slumdog millionaire”, the movie about the orphan who lived in Mumbai and who rises from rags to riches on the strength of his lively intelligence. When he participated in Indian version of “Who wants to be a millionaire?”, he answered all the questions and he won. It was really amazing that due to his knowledge and experience in his life, he became the richest person in Mumbai. Gifted people can achieve whatever they want with their intelligence.

Meudis: my goosebump moment was when I was eleven years old and I went to a Justin Bieber concert. I was a really huge fan of Justin Bieber’s and my parents gave me the tickets as a present for my birthday. I was really excited. When Justin Bieber came out I did not believe it was him, I was really shocked and it was a really surreal experience for me.

Rachel: my goosebump moment was when I went on my 1st solo trip to Laos. I met some people in a hostel and we decided to go in a hot air balloon, and it was beautiful. There was a sunset and the sky was one of the most beautiful colors I have ever seen.

Jiali: my goosebump moment was when I and my team managed to save a life. I was working as a flight attendant on a flight and a passenger just collapsed. The captain reached out for the Medlink for further instructions and we paged for doctors and nurses. We conducted the CPR and AED to get him back. Luckily, he made it. It turned out that he was a heart attack patient who put his medicines in the check in.

Bruno: my goosebump moment is the celebration at the 2018 World Cup finals in Zagreb, Croatia on the main Square. There were around 50k to 100k people there on the square and surrounding streets. Everybody was screaming, jumping, enjoying themselves even though we lost. It was a really, really amazing experience. There were fireworks everywhere. It made me happy to see people being happy.

Gledys: my goosebump moment was when my sister, her boyfriend and I went on vacation together. My sister and I were in our room when somebody knocked at the door. We opened the door and saw a piece of paper that said: “Would”. There was another knock with another paper saying “please”. With the next knock it was her boyfriend at the door saying: “Would you marry me?” with a ring and flowers. My sister said: “Yes!”

Niso: my goosebump moment was last year when I was being a tourist visiting Dumbo, in Brooklyn, New York. I happened to go under the Brooklyn bridge from an amazing angle where you can see the water and the skyline. It had just gotten dark. I head dreamed about that and my dreams literally came to life that night. It was wild.

Alfred: my goosebump moment was when my daughter was five and I taught her how to ride a bicycle. We went around the park many times, and I was doing it wrong, holding her waist, doing the balancing myself. Then a guy said, “Put your fingers under her armpits and let her do the balancing herself.” I did that and she was able to hold the balance herself and she rode off with a bicycle for the first time.

Jorge: my goosebump moment came to me thanks to an anime series called ‘A Place Further than the Universe’. The story about a girl who wants to travel more than anything in the world really resonated with me and took me back to those days when I traveled across the country.

Rafa: my goosebump moment was attending my first concert ever. It was a La Vida Bohème concert, a Latin American band. It was a super exciting experience to sing my favorite songs of theirs and fall in love with other ones that I didn’t know until that moment. After the show I had the opportunity to get to know some of the band members and talk with them for a while and it was an incredible experience.

Luis: my goosebump moment is when I caught a 360. It was 3 years ago, by that time I had been trying to 360 for a couple of months. I was at the bars with my friends and I was trying so hard to get a 360. After about 2 hours of constantly trying and not giving up, I finally caught a 360.

Abraham: my goosebump moment is related to a series, which also has an incredible game named “Cyberpunk”. “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners” came out earlier this year and it was such an incredible story from the very first chapter up to the last one. There were some plot twists, iconic characters, and the series production was amazing!

Francia: my goosebump moment is the song “Maroon” by Taylor Swift. It’s a song that when I listened to it for the first time, I got literal chills running down my spine. It’s a song about remembering a past relationship and how feelings that were once bright, burned red because they were so passionate and transform into something deeper and darker with time and then they become maroon.

Andrew: my goosebump moment was LeBron winning the title with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016. At one point LeBron’s team the Cleveland Cavaliers were down 3-1 to the Golden State Warriors. Never in history has a team come back from being down 3-1 in the NBA Finals. LeBron with the Cleveland Cavaliers were the first to ever do that. LeBron screamed when he was handed the championship, ‘’Cleveland this is for you!’’ and any NBA fan could feel the goosebumps in that moment.

Kristine: my goosebump moment was when I became a young scientist. It is touching because I achieved that at the age of 20. It was a dream for me once, but it has become a reality today. Dreams become reality, if you work hard, believe in dreams and set a clear goal. I have worked very hard to achieve all that and a few weeks ago I saw the result of my work. I was very excited and it was the most touching moment in my life.

Bella: my goosebump moment is running into the ocean after several months in lockdown. It was an emotional moment being in the water after not having been there for so long. It is my favourite place in the world. Just being amongst the waves after being stuck in my house for ages. It’s now an emotional memory of coming back, seeing the sea and being embraced by the water. It is really an incredible thing and definitely something that always moves me emotionally and gives me goosebumps.

Juliana: my goosebump moment was when I met Shakira. Three years ago, I met two guys at a party. They were Shakira’s musicians. They gave us two VIP passes to Shakira’s concert and we went to the concert backstage. We were able to take a picture with Shakira and they invited us to the afterparty with Shakira, so we spent the whole night with Shakira and her family. It was amazing!

Vanesa: my goosebump moment is a book called “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. This book really changed my whole life and perspective on how to enjoy the present moment and stop worrying about the past or the future. All we have is now and we should focus on the things that bring us more in the now.

Vielka: my goosebump moment is from the movie “One Day”, starring Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess. Specifically the scene where they realize how much they love each other and want to spend their lives together after an off friendship that lasted more than 10 years. In the scene hey share a passionate kiss together near a fountain in Paris. It shows how, through ups and downs, true love can be found when we least expect it.

Erin: my goosebump moment was when I watched Jane Marczewski sing on America’s Got Talent. She teaches us we should always be thankful in our life, whatever situation we face and that you can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore to be happy.. She is a cancer patient, but she proves that she is more than her cancer. I love her personality, positivity and her perspective about life.

Dima: my goosebump moment is an inspirational video with deep wisdom by Will Smith on Evan Carmichael’s channel. I felt goosebumps through my whole body. It was so inspirational, so powerful. Generally, the idea about the concept of improving yourself and positive impact on other people’s lives. I hope you can find this video useful for you too.

Victor: my goosebump moment is about a series called “Blue Lock”. It has taken me back to when I was a child when I used to watch Captain Tsubasa. This is a series that gives you many goosebumps while watching it due to everything you can feel as each chapter finishes: personal growth, team work, and more.

Natal: my goosebump moment was when I saw the Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina. It was something unique. Star walking up was a unique moment that I will always remember. Ending the walk, we drank water that came out of the glacier…delicious!!!

Francel: my goosebump moment was when I rappelled. This is descending a cliff or wall with a rope. We hiked for a while until we came to a large stone wall. Climbing was not easy. You had to be coordinated and strong. But when you finally get to the top and look down, you really do get goosebumps.

Rivaldo: my goosebump moment was when I swam with sea turtles for the first time. I was six years old, and I had gone swimming with my father. There were sea turtles! I consider it my favorite goosebump moment since swimming with these animals gave me a unique feeling of freedom that I have never experienced in the same way.

Daniela: my goosebump moment was when I got the chance to adopt two kittens, one named Benji and the other one called Berrie. They have both given me happy moments and have been teaching me lots of things. Giving a chance to those who need a place to live, like animals, is a heartwarming experience we should all experience. That’s why I wanted to tell everyone from around the world!

Lismar: my goosebump moment happened while watching a Netflix series released in 2020 called “Emily in Paris.” I started it thinking it was going to be just another romantic comedy placed in Paris. The majority of the challenges Emily had to face were related to her Marketing career at an Agency that managed only luxury brands and as I am also in Marketing, I connected with Emily on a professional level.

Vuk: my goosebump moment is the Dota 2 world championship of 2018, the grand finals game 4 of OG vs LGD. The OG player Ana made a clutch decision that only lasted 5 to 10 seconds. It was impressive moment. The LGD team attacked Ana and he decided to sell his items and fool them with his illusions. He succeeded. That moment won them the game and it was a brilliant moment no one saw coming.

Jamie: my goosebump moment is every time I come back to Puerto Rico and realize how beautiful the island really is. I moved to New York 8 years ago, but when I came back to Puerto Rico to visit, I realized Puerto Rico has so many beaches, rivers, lakes and rainforests and so many natural wonders that I had not learnt to appreciate until I left. Now I just want to live in Puerto Rico again.

Ryan: my goosebump moment is about sweet sparrows’ music outside of my room. On my balcony I put a water pot for birds. If there is any bird thirsty, they can fulfil their thirst with it. In the morning, I see lots of sparrows dancing and enjoying themselves and speaking with their sweet voice. I feel pleasure by hearing this melodious voice.

Odeh: my goosebump moment was the movie titled “Sweet Girl”, about a man who lost his wife to cancer after being offered hope of an affordable drug made by pharmaceutical giant Bioprime, but they halt the drug’s release. The husband is killed by Bioprime when he investigates. His daughter, Rachel, takes vengeance on Bioprime as she lives a life without parents. This gave me goosebumps because I know what it means to live a life without a father or a mother.

Laurie: my goosebump moment was when Kirani James won the gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics. We love to watch the Olympics, but 2012 was special because Kirani James was running and he was representing Grenada at the 400 meters. The race was 43 seconds, but those 43 seconds felt so special. He actually won, and everybody felt so happy.

Nadine: my goosebump moment was when I watched the video of the 7-day ride in the Baviaanskloof that I participated in with this little horse called Dolly. It was the most amazing thing I ever did. You get such a bond with your horse and see the most beautiful nature. You appreciate little things because you are limited to the essentials. I am so proud of little Dolly that she carried me for 7 days.

Elias: my goosebump moment is the album “IGOR” from Tyler, The Creator. It means a lot to me, because for a long time I wanted to listen Tyler, The Creator’s music. The songs were so amazing. It’s a new sound, something I was looking for, a new experience. The song that stuck with me the most is “GONE, GONE/THANK YOU”. The rhythm, the drums, the bass, everything is amazing. I love it!

Rolien: my goosebump moment was when I discovered remote work. At the end of 2020 I lost my job as a teacher. I didn’t know what to do. But then I discovered remote work and I decided to give it a try. I can honestly say that remote work has saved me and my family.

Lazar: my goosebump moment is the sound barrier being broken by basketball fans in the Belgrade Arena. I went to my first big basketball game as a fan in the Euroleague. In the Arena, everything was full of energy. The game did not even start, and the fans were cheering and shouting. The players came in and everybody was so loud that you could not hear the national anthem. It was officially the sound barrier being broken.

Ashwin: my goosebump moment was when I truly realized the scale of the universe. My teacher talked about stars and planets and how big they are compared to earth. I found gigantic stars and galaxies which are millions of times larger than the earth and the existence of black holes and how incredible they are. It’s mind boggling that one cannot really comprehend the true scale of the universe no matter how hard they try.

Narmin: my goosebump moment happened in 2012. when I ate Palachinki in Macedonia. I really enjoyed this dessert. Yes, it is just crepes, but I ate it when my plane was postponed, I was far from my family, my country, and I really missed them. After eating it, I felt very cozy and I was at home. Happiness is not about what you eat or where you are, it is about what you feel in your heart.

Baltazar: my goosebump moment was during the 2011 sci-fi-drama movie, “Limitless”, when Eddie Morra and Carl Van Loon meet outside Eddie’s office and Carl tries to force Eddie to go work for him, but Eddie tells him that he is 50 moves ahead of everybody. He proves it by analyzing a scenario on the other side of the road, where a car would hit a taxi from behind because the driver was very distracted, and 10 seconds later, it happens. That is how smart he grew in the movie.

Anita: my goosebump moment is the first time visiting the Great Wall of China. The movies do not prepare you for how long the wall is, the amount of walking you have to do, and how many people, especially tourists go and visit the place. Aside from that, it is beautiful. It is an amazing view, and it is just shocking to see how many people go there every year just to visit it despite the circumstances.

Tara: my goosebump moment was in 2017, when our national team won its first ever Eurobasket Championship. They won in the finale against Serbia and that was such a big important moment for us all as a country. Seeing that it can be done gave everyone a new perspective on everything. As a young basketball player, it really inspired me to keep on working hard and working towards my dreams because I can achieve anything that I put my mind to.

Morgan: my goosebump moment was when I first experienced a traditional Maori haka. We visited the Maori tribe and they welcomed us with a haka. The haka is a type of dance, but it is so much more than that. The power and energy conveyed through the haka was truly emotional and touching. I experienced the power of their ancestors through their dance. It was an incredible moment shared between the guests and those that were performing the dance.

Otmane: my goosebump moment is Eminem’s out-of-nowhere performance of his iconic song “Lose Yourself” at the 2020 Oscars. Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” won the Oscar for Best Original Song back in 2003. Eminem, one of the greatest rappers of all time performing “Lose Yourself”, one of the greatest hits of all time at the Oscars, which is basically meant for actors only. I get the chills every time I see it.

Henry: my goosebump moment was when I was in high school and I had to speak up in front of the whole class. Me being a Spanish speaking person, English being my second language and I had to go to high school in America. That’s when I realized I had to speak English in order to survive in America, to make friends and good grades. I pulled it off and introduced myself in English and it was amazing.

Martina: my goosebump moment was when I saw the sunset on Mountain Haleakala in Maui, Hawaii. I had seen a background with that beautiful sunset. I told myself I would go there one day. Not even three years later, I did an au-pair program in the US. My last month of my time there, I ended up going to Hawaii, and I drove to mountain Haleakala, and I saw the sunset there.

Naeem: my goosebump moment is a hill next to our beautiful city Buja that my family and I go to whenever anyone is stressed, worried or for just about anything. We go there to see the shimmering lights of the city, the buildings around and the golden sun shines on that amazing city. I realized, since then, how family really is so important to us. Especially during these difficult uncertain times.

Diyor: my goosebump moment was when I watched the final day of Tokyo 2020 on TV. Bakhodir Jalolov, the famous boxer and world champion of heavyweight from my country was in the final. His opponent was Richard Torrez Jr from the U.S. At the end of the final the referees announced Bakhodir Jalolov as the winner.

Leticia: my goosebump moment was when I heard Jordan Smith sing for the very first time on “The Voice”. He sang “Chandelier” by Sia and the first time I heard him sing, I thought he was a woman. The fact that he had struggled with body image and had been bullied because of his size and was still able to sing his lungs out shows that anyone could do anything.

Irina: my goosebump moment was Christmas when I was with my family and other children. They told us to hide in a room because Santa Claus would arrive with the presents. I couldn’t resist my curiosity and looked out my window, then my heart stopped when I saw some lights, a sleigh with reindeer going over the building at full speed, something that I will always remember with great emotion.

Jesús: my goosebump moment my trip with co-workers in Colombia and we went hiking in the rainforest close to Minca, in Santa Marta. It’s a forest with mountains and it’s a very humid forest. We got close to the top of one mountain, suddenly the view opened and we saw all of Santa Marta and the ocean on the horizon. We also saw the greenness of the forest, the mountains, and it was really emotional for all of us.

Julio: my goosebump moment was seeing the bands I grew up listening to at Knotfest. Listening to the songs I used to jam to for hours and hours in my headphones makes things different. And in an event like the Knotfest, it’s just something people need to live.

John: my goosebump moment is the World Cup final game between Argentina and France. It was a goosebump moment from beginning to end. Very emotional and exciting, and it was great. For me, it was the best final in a World Cup that I have ever seen in my life.

Jesika: my goosebump moment was when I traveled to Istanbul. One of my dreams was to visit this city and when I did it, that was the most amazing experience. Istanbul is a really beautiful and magical city, and you can find friendly people, majestic buildings, and this contrast between Europe and Asia.

D’Angelo: my goosebump moment is when I heard an African American singing a Korean song on a show called America’s Got talent. The song he sang he did it in the actual Korean language and the reason why it is a goosebumps moment for me is because I am a musician.

Steven: my goosebump moment was watching David Attenborough’s speech for the first time, the speech he gave during the “Our Planet” premiere. He explains how all life on earth is both product and contributor to their place in space and time, which is a really important thought for me.

Hector: my goosebump moment is when I see videos on YouTube about animals helping animals. For example, the other day I saw a monkey feeding a turtle and another monkey saving a little bird who fell into the water.

Claudia: my goosebump moment was when I went to see my favorite artist perform at a music festival. This experience was very exciting because it was my first music festival ever. It was very cool to see him perform my favorite songs and also to sing along with him and also to see the crowd go wild with him and it was overall a very magical experience.

David: my goosebump moment happens in “Avatar: The Last Airbender” when Avatar Aang fights firelord Ozai. I think this is a great moment, since it is the culmination of the series and it is just unbelievable watching Aang grow from this funky little kid who does not want to be the Avatar and being afraid of everything to becoming a fully realized Avatar and fighting head on against firelord Ozai.

Grace: my goosebump moment was the moment I realized I was in love with of my boyfriend. We had been dating for a while and in the beginning we did not want to become serious, but this particular day I was getting ready for one of our dates and I just got this feeling I was getting home, he was my home and having this feeling of deep love.

Tristen: my goosebump moment would be feeling pride when I tell my foreign friends that we do not allow chewing gum in our country. As Singapore is a small city, apart from being cosmopolitan and modern, the areas must be kept generally clean. So, I am really grateful that we do not allow gum in our country.

Jogile: my goosebump moment is when I realized the power of singing. I have been singing in a choir for 12 years. We have this National Lithuanian song festival, held every 4 years. We were standing for 12 hours in pouring rain, 4 days straight. We were tired, hungry. The conductor swished his wand and we all started singing one note in unison. I felt ecstatic. It was so insanely powerful!

David: my goosebump moment happens every time I acknowledge and nurture my inner child. That little kid that is deep within myself. I have always believed that it does not matter how old we grow, it does not matter the kind of experience, wisdom, and knowledge that we gain over the years, we are still that little kid that we used to be so many years ago.

Alexander: my goosebump moment is Germany winning the Soccer World Cup in 2014. Together with my family we watched all the games. The first highlight was Germany beating Brazil 7-1 in the semi-finals. But the main goosebump moment was still to come: Germany playing Argentina in the finals and winning the 2014 World Cup!

Ricardo: my goosebump moment is swimming with sharks in Beqa lagoon. It was my first-time diving. It was with my dad and my sister. We had been swimming for about 10 or 20 minutes and a shiver of tiger sharks appeared. They were huge! Their sharp teeth were very scary. My heart felt like it was going to explode! It felt like an out-of-this-world experience. It was really, really amazing!

Moses: my goosebump moment is a song by Bette Midler, ‘From a Distance’. I was doing a rendition of that song with a team of three people, when I was in high school, and it really made me feel good as I was there on the stage and the whole auditorium was raving with praises.

Jonathan: My goosebump moment was when I realized the power of music. This started a few years ago when I started traveling to many countries and I did not even speak their language. I wanted to learn more about their culture and the way that they see the world. I found out that if you observe how they handle music, you can learn a lot about them as a people.

Sveta: my goosebump moment was when I brought my baby girl home for the first time and my older son was 2.5 years old. I was really scared that he would hurt her, that he would cry, that he would get angry or something, but that did not happen.

Marian: my goosebump moment was my first classical music concert. I went with my mother. It was in a church near my house. I had never gone to a classical music concert before, and it was an amazing experience.

Isabella: my goosebump moment was the first time that I sailed through the Amazon River. I was about 16 years old, and I had never been to the jungle, to the Amazon. It was a very special moment because my dad invited me there and I hadn’t seen him in a very, very long time.

Scholastica: my goosebump moment was when I flew for the first time on an airplane as an adult. I was so thrilled to fly that I asked the man giving boarding passes to save me a window seat. When the plane started taking off, I could not stay still out of excitement.

Gabriela: my goosebump moment was when I listened for the first time to this BTS song called “Yet to Come.” Because this song says things like my best is yet to come. Even when the past was great, my best is yet to come, and after living through a year of pandemic, I think these lyrics gave me hope for my future as a young woman living at this time.

Andreina: my goosebump moment would be when I moved out of my house. This moment was really important because I am someone that is very insecure about herself and I find it difficult to trust in myself. So to be able to finally gather all the encouragement, save enough money and believe in myself enough to do such a great thing was such a huge step for me. It was one of the few moments that I’ve had in my life that I could say that I’m proud of myself.

Sedera: my goosebump moment is when I watch the movie “300”. I watch this movie at least once a year, and it is always a thrill. This movie shows how important courage and determination are in life to achieve your goals. There is an important message behind this movie.

Stefany: my goosebump moment had to be when I was at the beach finishing my meditation session. I saw the most beautiful sunset that I have ever seen in my life. I also saw some children playing in the water, I saw the birds fly, I heard the waves, and it was just so beautiful.
